The Maryland Blockchain Association in Partnership with the Blockchain Legal Institute is proud to announce the 1st annual BLI Global Legal Tech & Commercial Hackathon

Innovators, developers, and visionaries are invited to join a pioneering event designed to tackle challenges and create solutions at the intersection of blockchain, legal tech, and global commercial applications.

This two-track competition offers participants the chance to:

- Track 1: Transform Legal Tech by creating tools to modernize legal systems, improve compliance, and enhance accessibility.

- Track 2 Innovate in Global Commercial Applications, developing real-world blockchain solutions to address pressing business challenges.

Running from August to December 2025, the hackathon will be primarily virtual, with options for hybrid or in-person collaboration during key industry conferences. Participants will have access to mentorship, cutting-edge tools, and protocol technology provided by leading sponsors.

This global event is a unique opportunity to showcase creativity, compete for bounties, and connect with a vibrant community of blockchain enthusiasts, all while shaping the future of emerging technologies.
