Maryland Blockchain Association — curated in collaboration with the DARA European Task Force — Summer Conference 2026
European Task Force
The Blockchain Legal Institute and Maryland Blockchain Association are the co-hosts for the CLE Europe track described in this document as part of its Summer Conference and Blockchain Bootcamp. Curriculum, faculty, and content are curated in collaboration with the DARA European Task Force. MBA is the host and CLE-certifying body; DARA contributes the European regulatory curriculum and faculty.
The DARA European Task Force extends the Digital Asset Regulatory Authority’s self‑regulatory framework into Europe, supporting digital asset firms navigating MiCA and CASP requirements while aligning with US regulatory expectations.
It provides a structured platform for cross‑border policy dialogue, practical guidance on compliance and governance, and access to a network of professionals operating across both jurisdictions. The Task Force supports European firms expanding into the US and US firms seeking clarity on European authorisation pathways, including CASP licensing, the EU DLT Pilot Regime, and national sandbox programmes.
