Sarah Breslow is Associate General Counsel and Head of Regulatory and Product Legal at Paxos, which provides regulated blockchain solutions for enterprise clients to tokenize, custody, trade and settle assets, enabling the trustworthy and instantaneous movement of any asset at any time. Sarah advises key stakeholders on regulatory, compliance, litigation, product development, strategy, and employment matters.
Prior to joining Paxos, Sarah served as global financial crimes counsel at Morgan Stanley, where she counseled the Firm’s businesses on anti-money laundering, sanctions, anti-corruption, and other financial crime issues. Sarah was also a litigation associate at Davis Polk, where she represented clients in regulatory enforcement actions and internal investigations. Sarah clerked for the Hon. Cheryl L. Pollak in the Eastern District of New York.
Sarah graduated from Cornell Law School, where she was an editor of the Cornell Law Review, and Princeton University.
