Bridging the Gap Between Law Enforcement and the Blockchain
When a defendant’s only known location is an on-chain address, traditional service fails. The BLI E-Process Server enables service of process directly into a cryptocurrency wallet — meeting judicial standards on the blockchain.
How the Platform Works:
1. Document Upload — Your office uploads the PDF Summons & Complaint to our secure, encrypted portal. You maintain full legal control.
2. Token Minting — Our platform mints a service-of-process token containing a secure hyperlink to the legal notice documents.
3. Wallet Airdrop — The token is airdropped directly to the defendant’s crypto wallet. Airdrops cannot be blocked or refused.
4. Proof of Service — An electronic Proof of Service Report is generated with TXID, wallet address, and timestamp — court-ready.
Designed in alignment with landmark rulings including LCX AG v. John Doe in New York and similar decisions from the UK High Court, which have formally recognized service via NFT as “good and sufficient.”
This tool is a direct response to the $9.3B+ annual digital asset fraud crisis — giving victims a path to recovery and ensuring the blockchain is no longer a hiding place for bad actors.
