A comprehensive Continuing Legal Education track for U.S. attorneys, taught by Eric Guthrie, Esq., covering blockchain technology fundamentals, cryptocurrency law, U.S. regulatory enforcement (SEC, CFTC, Treasury, IRS, and Justice), legal issues with scams, and a review of landmark legislation including the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act — culminating in a hands-on group exercise and final Q&A.
