Karen Zuccardi leads statewide initiatives at TEDCO supporting technology entrepreneurs and strengthening Maryland’s innovation ecosystem, overseeing programs including RUBII, the BRIDGE program, and the Equitech Growth Fund. She also serves in the Maryland Air National Guard Reserves.
