Dennis Fassuliotis is President and Co-Founder of the South Carolina Emerging Tech Association (SCETA.io), where he leads statewide efforts to integrate artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital asset innovation into South Carolina’s economic development strategy.
A 49-year veteran of the real estate industry, Dennis successfully navigated nine economic recessions while building a multimillion-dollar portfolio of income-producing properties in Charleston. Seven years ago, he transitioned his entrepreneurial and policy experience into the digital asset sector, becoming one of the state’s leading advocates for financial transparency and digital independence.
Dennis authored or co-authored multiple foundational pieces of legislation, including the South Carolina Blockchain Empowerment Act of 2019, Senate Resolution 1158 (2020), and Senate Resolution 225 (2025).
As founder of South Carolina Blockchain Inc., a public-benefit corporation focused on education and economic development, Dennis continues to champion the creation of a Bitcoin Circular Economy and transparent, blockchain-based public finance systems.
