The Digital Asset Regulatory Authority (DARA) is an industry self-regulation initiative created by the Blockchain Legal Institute Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, to foster collaboration and enhance standards in the digital asset space.
DARA orchestrates the self-regulation activities of a diverse ecosystem that includes exchanges, token issuance platforms, blockchain technologies, crypto mining operations, and market makers — fostering a self-regulatory organization built on transparency and integrity while promoting innovation.
DARAs Global Task Forces — spanning Asia, Latin America, the UK & Europe, and Africa — exist to:

Regional task forces are led by regional coordinators, including Dr. Sylvester Okere, CIPM II, FIIM, MCI (African Task Force) and Wayne Mercel (Latin America Task Force), among others introduced during the DARA Global Task Force Round Tables at this years Bootcamp.
