Dr. Najam Hassan is a scholar-practitioner with nearly 35 years in information technology and over 15 years of higher education teaching experience, holding a Ph.D. in Business Analytics and Decision Sciences from Capitol Technology University. He led the creation of Maryland’s first MHEC-approved Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence and founded the AI Center of Excellence (AICE).
