I am a socially conscious leader who has worked in numerous settings from schools and home health to acute mental health clinics in both non-profit and government sectors. As a current Federal public servant and subject matter expert in data, I work to ensure PHI/PII is strictly protected while strategically maintaining the level of transparency due the American public. My dedication to lead consciously with data has earned me the CMS Innovation Award in COVID-19 Response and the CMS Honor Award for steadfast commitment and dedication to serving the American people. Most recently my colleagues and I were awarded the 2024 FORUM award for System Modernization as a Federal Technology driving innovation and results across Government agencies.

Upon noticing a potential to improve consumer data privacy through the use of Blockchain technology, I returned to school to earn a micro degree in Blockchain Management from Gritnova Global Campus. It is here where I continue to receive education, mentorship and advisement from respected leaders across the industry.

I am now CEO and Co-Founder of a female and woman of color led start up, where I’m combining my expertise in program-data management with blockchain technology, while infusing humanitarian principles within the field of consumer data privacy and protections.
